1.How does the shipping work?

We ship our orders through discrete carriers in various States. Once your parcel passes through customs, then after that your country’s local carrier will deliver your order to you. When your package is cleared by the customs, then it depends on your country’s local carrier services that how much time it takes to deliver your item to you.

2.My order tracking is not updating why is it so?

If your tracking status hasn’t been updated for few days. While moving between various distribution centres, it is very common that the tracking status gets stuck. So, stay calm once the order supplied to the next stage the tracking status will gets updated.

3.How can I cancel my order?

Please note that if you want to cancel your, then it must be done within the 12 hours after the order has been placed. The order cannot be cancelled once the processing for the order is started. For order cancellation you can contact us.
